About NIMCET: National Institutes of Technology (NITs) are Institutes of National Importance and are Centrally FundedTechnical Institutes. The NIMCET is NIT MCA Common Entrance Test, a National Level Test conducted by NITs for admission in to their MCA pr ogramme. The admission to the MCA pr ogramme in to NITs at Agartala, Allahabad, Bhopal, Calicut, Durgapur, Jamshedpur, Kurukshetra, Raipur, Surathkal, Tiruchirappalli and Warangal for the year 2015 – 15 is based on the Rank obtained in NIMCET – 2015 only.

Eligibility Criteria:  BSc / BSc (Hons) / BCA / BIT of minimum three years full – time OR BE / B Tech or equivalent from a recognized University are eligible to appear for NIMCET – 2015 test.

Admit Card: Download the admit card between 08/05/2015 and 30/05/2015 at any time and write the NIMCET – 2015 test which is scheduled to be conducted on 31 st May 2015 ( Sunday ) between 10.00 A.M and 12.00 noon at various test centers listed in Table 1 of Section 10 . Candidates should be present in the examination hall of the test center before 9. 30 am on 31/05/2015 . Syllabus and test pattern are given in this brochure.

Test Pattern: NIMCET – 2015 test will be conducted with only one question paper containing 120 multiple choice questions covering the following subjects . Multiple Choice Questions will be written in English Language only and will not be translated into any other language.

Mathematics	50 questions
Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning	40 questions
Computer Awareness	10 questions
General English	20 questions

Application Fee : The non – refundable processing Fee for NIMCET – 2015 test and counseling for admission to the MCA programme is Rs 1,800/- for OPEN/OBC category and Rs 900/- for SC/ST category candidates . Candidates have to deposit an appropriate amount relevant to their categories

How to Apply : Interested and eligible candidates may apply online for the entrance test through the website ofwww.nimcet2015.nita.ac.in Candidates may apply online for the post Candidates fill the online application correctly and completely.
